Great pan! Klean it thoroughly before use. At least ten minutes of rigorous scrubbing with soap and soft sponge under running hot water. Dry well and place on the stove. Gradually krank the heat up and let it turn blue! It might take up to 15 min but it's a great sight and offers permanent protection against rust. Let it cool down for 20 min and season with oil of choice. Grapeseed oil for instance. Use the oven. 230 Celcius for at least an hour and let the pan completely cool down in there. Preferably overnight. Then cook some fatty meat, then some fatty meat and then some more! Beware of the water that collects after washing up in the crevace between pan and stainless steel handle. Burn the pan up at medium fire after drying to let this water cook and evaporate. Buy this pan! Great quality that your children and grandchildren will use if loved and properly taken care of.

Fijne pan en prima anti-aanbak na goed inbranden. Wel zwaar maar uitermate solide!
