First the product, Victorinox has, in my eyes, one of the best price vs quality ratios. You pay a very reasonable price for an incredibly high quality item. Sharp as a scalpel and it holds an edge extremely well. It's a knife you're not afraid to use and it's a knife you're not afraid to "abuse" (within the limits of kitchen work ofcourse). It's a real workhorse and I love using mine. I find myself grabbing it despite having many more expensive options available to me. The blade shape is excellent, very smooth to use. The edge was razor sharp and has held it's sharpness even after a few weeks of daily usage The only comment I'd make is the handle is great when wet, but when dry is feels very harsh and can get a little bit irritating in your hand, but again, this is fixed quickly by wetting it slightly (suspect that was the idea behind it) So from a knife point of view, comparing cost vs quality this to me is one of the best knives out there. As for the knives and tools experience, that's been great as always. Ordered on a thursday, got it on a friday. Just top notch service
