Finally, I got the chef!! After more ten years of collecting and appreciating knives, I think I found it. It checks every box, even though I'm left. It's so much different then all the other knives. I have it for 2 week and it's such a wonderful knife. Sharpened it, took it apart and cleaned it, what a wonderful knife to work with. The build quality is just sooo nice and simpel. I love this knife! And I think I'm done buying folders. XD
